Here you will find a list of upcoming projects currently on my slate. Some may be wishful thinking for now, while others are pretty close to actually becoming a reality. This page will be constantly updated, so check back often.

ARAB IN AMERICA

Arab In America, a feature comedy written by Nabil Abou-Harb, Colin Ferri, and yours truly, Thomas Verrette. And yes, I am doing a comedy! So, for more information, please click the link above and you will be taken to the official Arab In America website, which has oodles of information about the origin of the project, how long it has been in the works, and why it is so hard to sometimes get a film like this one made.

THE VALHALLA PROJECT

This film is…wait for it…a secret! The only thing I can tell you is what you already know – nothing. But believe me when I tell you this: it will be awesome, or as my new favorite sitcom character Barney says, “This is going to be legendary!” (And yes, I just started watching How I Met Your Mother. Better late than never!)

P.S. It is not a comedy.

THE UNTITLED HORROR WESTERN PROJECT

A brilliant idea right? I love westerns, and its a shame that they don’t get made anymore, though I understand why. A sales agent will surely tell me off with this one, but I don’t care at the moment. Hopefully, the horror elements will push it into a more “friendly” category. Also, I truly hate horror films. Good ones are few and far between, hence another reason why I want to do one — to make one I would want to see. As this project develops, I will give you more information, but until then, all you need to know is that it takes place in 1841, and its going to be awesome!

FINDING THE CURE

Tentative title of course, though I’m sick of all my projects being called “The Untitled…..Project”. This is going to be a documentary on why the hell there is no cure for cancer yet. There is some very unpleaseant information on this topic that I feel the world needs to know, and it is most especially prevalent in today’s times with the fight for universal healthcare/socialized medicine [pick one, ]

Normally I wouldn’t post an idea that I feel is so mainstream for fears that someone might take it and do it themselves, but I have a feeling that if someone decides to steal this idea, chances are they have been working on it longer than I have, and therefore if there’s gets out first, all the better for the rest of the world – including me. And if you know of someone that is working on a similar project, let me know. I want to help.

MY FIRST ALBUM

That’s right. I’m working on an CD. If you know me, I don’t sing. And if you don’t know me, I promise you don’t ever want to hear it. I don’t even sing for Rock Band. But I’m a film composer, I score for the cinema, and soon, I will have a compilation album with my best work from my films mixed in with original music intended solely for listening. It will be mostly orchestral in nature, and I can’t wait!
